**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Design, develop, and optimize precision assembly processes and production lines.
+ Be responsible for integrating automation or machine vision technology into assembly and inspection processes.
+ Use 3D CAD software to design and create necessary tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
+ Lead troubleshooting efforts for process or quality issues on the assembly line and conduct root cause analysis.
+ Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and other projects to enhance efficiency and quality, particularly in high-precision and high-cleanliness production environments.
