Manufacturing Engineer (Guadalajara)

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the primary technical interface to manufacturing partner sites, accountable for driving Operational Perfection (Delivery, Quality, and Cost) and Factory Excellence (capability, efficiency, security and sustainability). The role requires strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing operations and an understanding of SMT technology roadmap.

• Manage daily support of products and tools in manufacturing.
• Support NPI launch and govern sustaining products within manufacturing partners.
• Support product transfers between manufacturing sites.
• Analyze various sets of data and programs for quality and process control.
• Drive process optimization, yield improvements and process consistency within manufacturing sites.
