Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for resolving manufacturing and assembly problems, developing new processes, and also supporting existing processes and techniques for a wide range of products manufactured by AMETEK Hayden Kerk Pittman. The incumbent is also utilized when meeting customer deliveries where the resolution of technical problems is a controlling factor. The Manufacturing Engineer is also involved in the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of electrical and electromechanical products and systems. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering support for manufacturing planning, new process development, and new product design. Also, they will assist on the shop floor with troubleshooting product and processing problems.
What Will You Do
Read and interpret drawings.
Troubleshoot day-to-day process issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements.
Lead in the determination of root cause.
