Job Overview
Provides engineering support for manufacturing equipment in a medical device environment, focusing on Needle Punch and Label Printing. Responsible for equipment installation, validation, troubleshooting, and driving process improvements while ensuring GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support manufacturing equipment and operations for Needle Punch and Label Printing.

+ Assist with FAT, equipment installation, commissioning, and integration.

+ Develop equipment layouts and support facility changes.

+ Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.

+ Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and control plans.

+ Lead/execute validations (URS, IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with GMP.

+ Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional teams.
