Responsibilities include:
Develop manufacturing process of wafers utilizing existing equipment and technologies, or suggesting new cost-efficient approach. Design tools and fixtures to improve or streamline manufacturing process. Define best technical solutions to mitigate the human factor influences of the process. Troubleshoot and root cause failure analysis: For prototype units through the development of the production process of equipment on the production floor. Create and maintain project documentation and communicating information at project status meetings. Create MSP’s and WI to describe the developed process, and train technicians Have a good understanding optical manufacturing processes, included metrology and inspection steps needed to make sure that the developed process is correct.
