What you will do
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Business Streams, and Market Operations, particularly for pre-fabricated modules.Identify and solve complex technical issues that are not immediately evident in existing manufacturing processes.Propose, develop, and implement new work methodologies together with production operators.Design and develop tools, fixtures, or devices to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and ergonomics in manufacturing processes.Support and execute corrective actions in compliance with internal procedures and standards.Actively participate in and support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities.Develop production personnel by providing technical training and knowledge related to Tetra Pak modules.Facilitate the sharing of best practices and technical...
