Your New RoleIn this role, you will develop and optimise assembly processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality. You will design and implement assembly line layouts, workflows, and procedures, carrying out time and motion studies to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the assembly area.You will provide technical support to daily assembly operations, troubleshooting issues related to equipment, processes, and materials.
