Job Description

  Mission: 
 The Manufacturing Engineer's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain manufacturing processes that include a high level of error proofing to provide quality products to our customers. This includes designing tooling, specifying equipment and programming control systems including PLC’s, torque tools, leak testers, and vision systems.
  Key Outcomes (KPI'S): 
 Design and Develop PLC Programming, tooling, and fixture designs that incorporate error proofing concepts for assembly operations..
 Support day to day operations of a production floor focused on assembly processes. This includes troubleshooting assembly issues.
 Interact with operations to design and implement improvements to existing PLC Programs, tooling, and assembly processes.
 Develop technical specifications for new equipment and tooling that is purchased from various vendors.
