This role offers the chance to work on strategic projects, lead new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Take ownership of production lines, ensuring key KPIs are achieved

· Lead new product introduction (NPI) and process implementation activities

· Conduct structured problem-solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations

· Drive improvements in safety, quality, and manufacturing processes

· Identify, procure, and coordinate installation of tooling, equipment, and capital projects
