Manufacturing Development Manager

Job Description :

Report to: Technical Director

• Facilitate plant (or country) achievement of the manufacturing strategy & provide operational excellence leadership
• Develop and implement plant plans to support the manufacturing way
• Conduct and moderate global evaluation of manufacturing (GEM) assessments
• Manage the identification and implementation of plant improvement projects
• Conduct appropriate benchmarking
• Coordinate the plant project selection process
• Provide industrial engineering support
• Support the systemic application of asset management in the plant, ensure that maintenance work is managed & autonomous maintenance is implemented at the plant
• Lead the quality and integrated management systems in the plant, ensure that process and product quality remains under control, ensure the integrity of quality analyses and associated systems & governance of quality in the department
