Job Description
The Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce surface mount and through hold solder which meets or exceeds IPC standards. This position is key to company quality standards.

What you’ll do:
+ Solder electronic components including resistors, capacitators, connectors, IC’s, switches, crystals, using no-clean and organic flux and both lead and lead-free solder at IPC Class II and Class lll levels.
+ Develop, document, and maintain documentation for set-up and daily operations.
+ Perform machine set-up, cleanup, and maintenance according to documented procedures.
