**Job Description**
This Manufacturing Associate role operates at a senior technician level, guiding daily manufacturing operations within a cGMP biopharmaceutical environment. You will mentor junior technicians, act as a subject matter expert for at least one unit operation, and perform complex tasks that require sound judgment and strong scientific understanding. The position focuses on safe, compliant, and efficient execution of manufacturing processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a clean, controlled production environment.
