This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-4 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

**Available shifts and pay:**
$18/hr. – $20/hr., based on experience
1 st Shift: 8am – 12pm Mon – Fri (about 20 hours/week)
**Job Details:**
+ Execute encapsulation processes in accordance with approved SOPs, batch records, and production schedules.
+ Accurately prepare, encapsulate, and package products to meet quality, quantity, and labeling specifications.
+ Monitor equipment performance during encapsulation and report any deviations, malfunctions, or quality concerns immediately.
+ Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
