• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate software functionality, usability, and performance to ensure product quality before release.
• Prepare test reports, document test results, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
