Summary
Learn the basic skills to operate grinding machines. Learn to complete all documentation required per company procedures such as 8-Step Checklists, Route Sheets, SPC Charting, Non-Conformance Reports, Scrap Tags, etc. Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness and organization. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Load and unload parts in grinding machines as instructed by the Department Leader or Trainer.  
Learn to make basic tool selections according to knowledge of basic grinding procedures under direct supervision of Department Leader or Trainer.
