Team Leadership | Asset Oversight | Transaction Management | Executive Support

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to join our small but growing real estate investment company. This is a senior-level, fully remote role combining asset management , team oversight , transaction coordination , and executive-level support .

✅ What You’ll Do:

• Oversee performance of a diverse real estate portfolio (residential/multifamily/commercial)
• Manage transactions from contract to close (due diligence, timelines, communication)
• Provide high-level executive support, reporting, and system oversight
• Lead and manage remote teams, VAs, and third-party vendors
• Help build and manage lead pipelines and sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in U.S. real estate (leadership roles required)
• Team management & process implementation experience
• Experience with CRMs, transaction software, and remote collaboration tools
• Strong research and critical thinking skills ESSENTIAL
• Bonus: Experience with UK or Australian real estate
• Highly organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy
• High numerical literacy
• Excellent English Communication Skill
• Can start ASAP
