Manifolds Design Responsible Engineer: The DRE manages the design activities (calculation, design and validation) related to engine manifolds (intake and coolant), metal castings, plastic moulds and metalsheet pipes from the proto phase to the entire production lifecycle. She/He proposes innovative design solutions in relation to the achievement of product specifications and with the aim of optimizing design times, quality and costs. Responsibilities: ▪Translating the requests of Design Project Engineer into design tasks and engineering proposals ▪Defining components technical specifications ▪Responsible of the design drawing release, ready to lead the activities on your own or with the support of other designers. ▪Interfacing with internal and external designers who work on the product ▪Collects required inputs (Load cases, 3dmodels, boundaries condition and acceptance criteria) for Predev calculation and VV analysis. ▪Performs analytical studies and tolerance stack up(s) in accordanc...
