AIA Shared Services is looking for a Claims Processing Officer based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The role involves processing inpatient and outpatient claims efficiently and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will also train new employees and participate in team engagement activities.
The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in claims processing. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, and the position requires onsite work 4 days a week with 1 day of remote work.
