Job Overview
As a Mandarin Interpreter, you will support real-time communication between English and Mandarin speakers. You will interpret live phone conversations covering:
Customer service
Healthcare & insurance
Government & utilities
Travel-related matters
Emergency services (including calls)
This is a fully remote role requiring a quiet and secure workspace at home.
Working Hours
8 hours/day + 1-hour break
 hours/week
Night shift
Start times vary between 8 PM – AM
Shift rotation every 3 months
2 rotating off-days weekly
Must be able to work on public holidays (/7 operation)
