Project Details
The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will work on a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, typically valued between £250,000 and £6 million, with most schemes around £1 million.

Projects are delivered across the UK and may include specialist engineering works supporting construction and infrastructure delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Managing Quantity Surveyor will play a key commercial leadership role, ensuring effective cost management and contract administration across multiple projects.
Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple civil engineering projects

Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, ensuring compliance and best practice

Lead on early warning notices and compensation events

Oversee cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting

Manage programme integration and alignment with risk registers
