Managing Director

As the Managing Director, you will lead the daily operations, financial performance, and team development of your branch while championing the Sunset brand and culture. Transportation and Customs will be under your direction, with locations in Queretaro, Laredo, and Nuevo Laredo. This role is responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and strong customer and carrier relationships.

• Lead branch operations across Operations, Logistics Management, Brokerage, Carrier Sales, Expedite, and Customs
• Drive performance goals through KPIs, reporting, and operational improvements
• Develop and mentor leaders and team members to build a high-performing culture
• Oversee staffing, resource planning, and employee performance
• Serve as the main escalation point and player/coach for operational and customer issues
• Manage customer onboarding and deliver exceptional service
