Role Mandate
Lead and scale the Advisory Managed Services business across Financial Crime, Risk, Finance & Accounting, Learning, and Technology Managed Services. Own full P&L, drive revenue growth, operational excellence, innovation (Gen AI/automation), and global delivery performance.

1. Business & Growth Leadership
Drive go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
Anchor strategic pursuits, pricing strategy, and commercial structuring
Engage with clients and stakeholders to expand business relationships
Identify market demand, emerging trends, and competitive positioning
2. Operational & Delivery Excellence
Own end-to-end service delivery across quality, efficiency, and financial metrics
Scale delivery models aligned to Advisory growth strategy
