Compensation: $145,000-$160,000

Contractor Work Model: Onsite (no remote work)

Responsibilities


+ Develop and lead the overall strategy for affordable housing and rental assistance programs.

+ Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and ideas to expand housing options for residents.

+ Help plan and prepare for new housing programs, including staffing, resources, and operations.

+ Provide expert guidance on affordable housing, housing stability, and rental assistance programs.

+ Oversee Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8), Project-Based Voucher, and other rental assistance programs.

+ Find ways to improve voucher participation, increase landlord involvement, and enhance the resident experience.
