Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of the real estate business(Acquisition, Project Management, Asset management and Sales)
Manage and lead respective teams to achieve KPIs
Report to management on the performance of company
Requirements:
At least 20 years of working experience with 5 years in a leadership position of a Mid-large real estate organisation(REIT or Developer) with primary focus in Malaysia
Experienced in Mixed-use, Commercial and Residential assets
Proven success in achieving KPIs
