Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the real estate business(Acquisition, Project Management, Asset management and Sales)
- Manage and lead respective teams to achieve KPIs
- Report to management on the performance of company
Requirements:
- At least 20 years of working experience with 5 years in a leadership position of a Mid-large real estate organisation(REIT or Developer) with primary focus in Malaysia
- Experienced in Mixed-use, Commercial and Residential assets
- Proven success in achieving KPIs
