Our client is a
foreign-invested E&E / Semiconductor manufacturing group
establishing and expanding its Malaysia operations. We are mandated to identify a
senior operations leader
to oversee all non-production functions and ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational stability.

Key Mandate

• Full accountability for administration, finance, HR, legal & compliance, IT, government relations, supply chain support, and facilities
• Establish compliant operational frameworks aligned with Malaysian regulations and HQ standards
• Manage senior functional leaders with dual reporting to HQ
• Serve as principal interface with Malaysian authorities
• Support manufacturing leadership by providing a stable, compliant operating platform
