Responsibilities

You ll own the Marcom planning and execution, working directly with the relevant leaders, HR and collaborate with multiple functions. The role will evolve as the company grows and explores new avenues of growth.

Drive all the Marketing and Branding initiatives for the Organization.

Involve in ideating and executing marketing campaigns, events management, collaterals, branding and positioning of the Organization.

Lead and develop communications to support external / internal collaboration, organisation changes, team events, etc.

Create opportunities for the leadership to engage and communicate with their teams.

Design and implement a communication plan for the stream specific knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
