MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER, REGIONAL SERVICES

Do you enjoy making sense of data to improve real-time service delivery? Are you motivated by understanding how services work on the ground and helping teams deliver better outcomes for families? We are looking for someone who enjoys translating data to drive actionable improvements to strengthen performance and sustain quality delivery.

You will be part of the Regional Team under the Service Management Division of KidSTART Singapore Limited (KSL). Your role will be to oversee the effective implementation of KidSTART in each region and/or across regions and the service management of KidSTART Agencies (KSAs) and funded healthcare partners. This also involves managing relationships with partners/stakeholders such as MSF Social Service Offices, Family Service Centres, Preschool Operators, Polyclinics, Hospitals etc, who are part of the KidSTART eco‑system of delivery.
