Certified Energy Manager/Auditor from BEE will be preference

**1. Utilities Operation & Technical Support**

+ You will monitor and control the operation and maintenance of boilers and their ancillaries, air compressors, chillers, and electrical substations.
+ You will oversee water intake, fresh water, and wastewater treatment processes.
+ You will ensure fire prevention systems are functioning effectively.
+ You will manage HVAC operations and MHED equipment.
+ You will handle the operation and maintenance of HT yards and HT substations.
+ You will monitor spare parts inventory in the store.
+ You will implement the latest technologies in preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and other maintenance strategies.

**2. Governance, Performance & Statutory Compliance**

+ You will develop reports and dashboards to visualize utility performance.
