Manager - Us Accounting

The Offshore CAS Manager is responsible for leading the offshore CAS function and ensuring high quality delivery, strong team performance, and seamless integration with U.S.-based CAS leadership.

Responsibilities:

• This role sits above the offshore Team Leader level and focuses on leadership, governance, quality, capacity management, and strategic execution, while remaining actively involved in client accounting work.
• This role is intentionally designed with approximately 50% of time dedicated to review, management, coaching, and oversight, and 50% spent on hands-on accounting and complex engagements.
• The Manager serves as the primary offshore counterpart to U.S. CAS leadership and plays a key role in building offshore leadership capability as the team scales.
