Manager Travel Operations

Key Requirements:

✔️ Extensive experience in luxury travel operations and bespoke travel planning

✔️ Strong exposure to managing HNI/UHNI clientele with exceptional service standards

✔️ Expertise in international destinations including Europe, UK, USA, Africa, and the Middle East

✔️ Strong network with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and travel partners

✔️ Experience leading travel operations teams and driving operational excellence

✔️ Hands-on experience in itinerary planning, travel costing, vendor negotiations, and customer relationship management

✔️ Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations

✔️ Exposure to GDS platforms (Galileo preferred)

✔️ Strong personality, communication skills, grooming standards, and social etiquette suited for engaging with discerning clients

✔️ Proven ownership of P&L, with accountability for revenue growth, margins, and profitability
