As Manager - Tractor Assembly, you will oversee the entire tractor assembly line to ensure consistent production output aligned with scheduled plans. You will be responsible for maintaining zero hold-ups at the end of the production line by proactively identifying and resolving quality-related issues promptly and effectively. Collaborative engagement with support departments such as Stores, Maintenance, Quality Control, and other relevant teams will be crucial for swift resolution of operational challenges.
You will monitor and ensure timely closure of Inspection Report (IR) related issues through coordination with responsible agencies. Leading implementation activities for new models, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Engineering Release (ER) on the tractor line will require rigorous documentation efforts including creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ...
