Position Title: Total Rewards Manager

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures across the Americas.

Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and maintain job evaluation and salary structures specific to regional markets, with a focus on Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.

Analyze compensation trends in these markets and make recommendations for adjustments to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee the annual merit review process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and equity across teams in the Americas.

Conduct pay equity evaluations and present recommendations.

Monitor and analyze merit budget utilization and ensure adherence to governance.
