Manager - Testing

To lead and manage the transformer testing function by ensuring timely execution of routine, type, and special tests in compliance with national/international standards, customer requirements, and internal quality systems. The role is responsible for resource management, equipment upkeep, documentation control, customer coordination, and continuous improvement in the testing processes. 1. Testing Operations Conduct and supervise routine, type, and special tests as per national/international standards and the Transformer Testing Procedure Manual. Ensure adherence to approved QAP and customer requirements during FAT and internal tests. Prepare FAT schedules for customers based on approved QAP and coordinate all pre‑FAT activities.
