About The Role
The Manager, Technical Sales leads the sales strategy and business development for the Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PHI) business line within DKSH's Performance Materials division in Malaysia. This role drives profitable revenue growth, strengthens key supplier and customer partnerships, and leads a sales team to deliver consistent commercial excellence.
What You Will Deliver
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy to achieve and exceed Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PHI) sales targets in Malaysia

Take full ownership of overall sales target achievement, driving new business development initiatives that deliver sustainable and profitable growth

Manage working capital for the PHI portfolio, including inventory management and timely customer payment collection, to maintain financial health
