Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete inside sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
• Conduct consultative selling of Cloud PBX, SIP Trunking, WhatsApp API, Contact Center, and related communication solutions.
• Handle inbound leads and generate business through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
• Mentor junior sales executives and support sales performance tracking where applicable.
