Experience: 10+ years’ experience in a corporate tax environment

The primary objectives of this position are to:

1) Ensure compliance with applicable national, regional and local income and other tax laws.

2) Minimize, within legal limitations, the Company's effective tax rate.

3) Proactively work with legal and operational management to create simplified legal structures to

accomplish the above.

4) Maintain banking relationships.

5) Manage global cash to ensure Holdings ability to fund dividends, redemption, and capital

investments.
