• Partner with different internal and external stakeholders to deliver the right candidate flow and quality, work on improving process efficiencies, to ultimately create value for the business as an enabling team.
• Ensure 100% compliance for the completion of background checks and other pre-employment requirements and compliance to internal and external processes.
