Position Overview

Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for a Maternity Cover.As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activity while managing and coaching a team of talent acquisition professionals - delivering hands-on support for key roles and help the TA Team deliver consistent and high-quality hiring experience. Collaborating with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment processes, system enhancements and support the UK business departments in maintaining effective recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. In addition, you will track core recruitment metrics and share operational insights to help continuously improve efficiency and candidate experience.Office location is central London, with some travel to additional Offices/Stores as needed around UK.Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for a Maternity Cover.
