Manager, Sustaining Maintenance

About the Role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing test maintenance, machine performance, OEE, delivery and quality performance across a team of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4 engineers and 28 technicians, overseeing daily machine performance.
• Execute plans and strategies to deliver results and drive machine improvement.
• Coordinate with other support systems and cross‑functional teams.
• Maximize equipment uptime, ensure workspace safety, and minimize operational costs.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress logs and measure KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
• Develop maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and supervise technical teams to minimize downtime.
• Design and implement routine inspection schedules to prevent major machinery breakdowns.
• Drive OEE improvements for MC efficiency and reduce downtime to meet targets.
