Manager, Supply Chain Systems Enablement

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Expertise in supply chain operations, including distribution centers, inventory management, and transportation.
+ Proven experience leading multi-site technology, systems, and process implementations.
+ Strong change management, training, user adoption, and operational readiness capabilities.
+ Ability to partner effectively across Operations, IT, Product, Engineering, Training, and Analytics teams.
+ Experience developing playbooks, SOPs, governance frameworks, and implementation strategies.
+ Strong analytical skills with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data-driven decision making.
+ Demonstrated success leading remote teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience supporting pilots, rollouts, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Relevant certifications preferred, including Lean, Six Sigma, APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, or similar credentials.
