Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, operations, and execution of key initiatives
• Manage vendor lifecycle, including procurement, contracts, and performance tracking
• Support organisational planning, headcount tracking, and leadership reporting
• Coordinate audit readiness and follow-up of findings
• Organise staff engagement activities, learning sessions, and events
• Support governance secretariat functions, including meeting coordination and action tracking
• Enhance digital workplace tools, intranet, and knowledge management systems
• Support onboarding programmes and ad-hoc strategic projects
• Drive process improvements and explore digital/GenAI tools
