What You’ll Do
This role is a people leadership and operational execution role within the Sourcing organization, responsible for managing the Back Office team supporting procurement activities and the opportunity to lead deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and manage a team of offshore resources, including:
- Work allocation and prioritization
- Performance management, coaching, and development
- Establish strong team operating rhythm (1:1s, team meetings, performance tracking)
- Train new resources and ensure effective onboarding into sourcing processes and tools, and coach and upskill the existing team to drive independence and quality of output
- Operational Execution & Process Oversight
- Oversee execution of a high-volume pipeline of sourcing activities
