Manager, Strategic Business Development

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured framework to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across assigned projects.
• Work closely with Business Development Team and Agency Force of assigned region and FA/Broker in regards to product enquiry and clarifications.
• Conduct product briefing with agency force of assigned region and FA/Broker to ensure accurate information is given to customers and policy holders.
• Contribute to assigned product and contest projects by identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
• Write product-related agency circular.
• Analyse product sales response with recommended action plan to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with Product Management, New Business, Customer Service Departments, and other stakeholders to ensure effective development of agency communication to ensure new products and campaigns launch in effective and efficient ...
