About the Team
On the Outside Account Development team, we develop DoorDash partners to capture engagement, growth, and performance on our platform. Within OAD, the Strategic Account Development team further develops key accounts by connecting these valued merchant partners with new powerful tools on the DoorDash marketplace, ensuring sustained success and increased sales.
About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Development Manager to join our Marketplace team. As a manager on the team, you will train and empower our Marketplace Strategic Account Development Executives (aSADE, SADE and Sr SADE) while also achieving regional goals of growing the merchant side of the Marketplace business. Additionally, you will work with xfn teams (OAM, product partners, S&O) to improve team performance while having a strong ability to report out and recognize the team needs.
