Manager, SOC and Postal Audits

Preference is for candidates residing in Eastern time zone, for work with European posts and colleagues.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Compliance to lead and manage Quadient’s USPS SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs. This role is responsible for audit execution, control design, and ongoing risk assessment, while serving as a key advisor to business, technology, and operations teams. You will ensure SOC compliance is embedded in organizational changes and lead foreign postal audits as needed.

SOC Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs (scoping, controls, testing, remediation, reporting)
• Ensure alignment with SOC 1 financial controls and SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria
• Partner with external auditors to deliver high-quality, on-time audits
