Manager / service coordinator

Colonial Vista Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Dining Services Manager to lead two unique dining experiences within our campus. Our community operates both a traditional senior living dining room featuring comfort-style meals and elevated daily dining, as well as the Sunrise Café, a lighter fare café offering soups, salads, sandwiches, and café-style favorites. The Dining Services Manager will have a 40-hour work week with two office days and three days cooking alongside the kitchen staff. This role is responsible for the overall operation of both venues, including staffing, scheduling, ordering, food quality, service standards, budgeting, and team leadership. We are looking for someone who understands that dining is more than a meal — it is a key part of the resident experience and community culture!
