(What the role is) The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore’s raison d’etre is to develop the air hub and aviation industry in Singapore, expanding Singapore’s links to the rest of the world. • Ensure that Singapore remains a price competitive air hub through the regular review and implementation of the pricing regulatory frameworks for Changi and Seletar Airports, as well as the funding framework for the Changi East development/Terminal 5.
• Ensure that our airport licensees are financially sustainable, through the analysis and assessment of their financial performances, including revenue and cost drivers.
• Safeguard and advance Singapore’s aviation interests internationally on economic regulation matters, by keeping abreast of developments at ICAO and developing positions and interventions for Singapore where necessa...
