Manager Security Operations

The Opportunity: 

The Manager, Security Operations & Investigations will lead security operations for Mattel’s El Segundo, CA corporate campus. This role focuses on enhancing day-to-day security operations, personnel performance, and overall campus safety within a corporate environment.

The position will build and maintain collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement, while partnering with internal teams to support business operations and events. Responsibilities include strengthening emergency preparedness, overseeing incident response, and managing complex investigations.

This role requires strong leadership and the ability to develop a high-performing, cohesive team aligned with Mattel’s business needs.
