Job Summary

Lead UK credit policy governance, partnering with Enterprise Credit, Compliance, and Legal to update policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and document changes aligned to local requirements. Monitor policy execution, log breaches and resolutions, and validate portfolio-level credit risk appetite reviews. Conduct Credit Risk Assessments, Business Impact Analyses, and Business Continuity activities, and support internal and external audits. Contribute to UK credit risk appetite, KRIs, and oversight frameworks. Analyse business trends to inform decisions, embed risk in new products and change initiatives, oversee risk event reporting, and provide independent challenge to first‑line risk management to drive continuous improvement.
